Directions to Tibbetts Brook Park

By Car:

From the North / South
Saw Mill River Parkway to Cross County Parkway East.  Take (Midland Avenue/Yonkers Avenue) exit.  Make a right at stop sign and follow to entrance ¾ mile on right hand side.

From the East
Hutchinson River Parkway to Cross County Parkway West.  Take exit #3 (Yonkers Avenue).  At stop sign make a right.  At 2nd traffic light make a right onto Midland Avenue. Follow to entrance ¾ mile on right hand side.

Alternate Route:

From the South
Major Deegan to (McLean Avenue) exit.  At traffic light make a left.  At 3rd traffic light bear right onto Midland Avenue and follow for approximately 1 mile, entrance on left.

From the North
Major Deegan to (McLean Avenue) exit.  At traffic light make a right.  At 3rd traffic light bear right onto Midland Avenue and follow for approximately 1 mile, entrance on left.


Parking lot is located at end of driveway next to fields.  Water fountains are available at each field and Rest Rooms are on-site.
