MD girls wrapped up their season playing two hard games back to back. Monday at home we fell 3-1 to a talented Dalton team with the lone goal coming from a corner kick from Gillian Miller-Lewis to Carly West. Excellent effort was given by Paige Burris and Molly Wharton. The team was shut out on Tues in the frozen tundra of VCP against Riverdale. We played hard on defense but remained scoreless on offense. The 11 eighth graders will be missed next year. They had great attitudes, effort, and leadership.
